Jillian Investments, LLC is a company established to invest for the future of our children and community. In 1995, Scott & Caroline Lucero recognized a need to reinvest in their local community. In 1997 they purchased a downtown historical building. The Building is located ¼ block west of the Jasper County Court House. Jillian Investments was formed in 1998 and restoration of this building started to take shape. The building, which once housed the J.C. Penney’s Store from the 1920’s, was transformed into a business complex.

The office building has three units, and is home to Lawyers Title Agency of NW IN, Inc., Cornerstone Real Estate, and Manpower Temporary Services. Each unit has a first and second story, which is unique to the downtown business district. All units and common areas are Handicap Accessible. Unit size range from 1150 square feet to 3000.
